Microneedling

Microneedling is hot theses days, it’s safe to say that everyone and anyone has heard of Microneedling – a micro injury method that consists of rolling tiny needles into the skin to stimulate new collagen production via your skins own natural healing process.

Microneedling will give you better looking skin on every level.

FACT – The treatment works on an anti-age level to create smoother skin, but did you know that it has also been proven to be very effective in correcting acne scars too.

The Microneedles do stimulate collagen production to help with scarring and when retinoids and other collagen stimulating topicas are applied to the skin after treatment they are able to penetrate the deeper layers skin tissue.

Thanks to the advancements in both science and skincare, Microneedling can safely be done around the eye and the lip area as long as the right tools are used (Do not try this at home)

The microscopic holes it creates are so tiny that they cannot be seen by the naked eye, but you will notice more of a red or pink flush to the skin after treatment- which will disappear soon afterwards.

Topical anesthetic will be used prior to the treatment procedure to minimise any discomfort.

Microneedling works by creating tiny microchannels in your skin with clusters of needles to stimulate the skins natural repair mechanisms.

Works best for reproduction of the skins own natural collagen, acne scarring, stretch marks, lines and wrinkles caused by the ageing process.

Microneedling can be paired to prescription-strength ingredients that also address cosmetic issues.

It is important to know that a series of treatments spaced out over four to six weeks are needed to maximise the best results.
