Policies and terms and conditions Please be aware by making a booking you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Aesthetic Coach Online reserves the right to cancel, delay, shorten or change treatments where reasonably necessary due to the effects of any of the provisions below.
COURSE BOOKINGS Course Bookings with Aesthetic Coach Online are essential. Please ensure you send proof of previous training to ensure you meet the requirements to train with us, your deposit will not be refunded if you fail to present this information. If you cannot make your course for any reason, please inform us straight away, we will understand and it gives someone else an opportunity to have that appointment time.
ARRIVAL Any inappropriate behaviour may be reported to the police. Please arrive to your Training on-time. If you are running late for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible as late arrivals may mean we are unable to honour your masterclass or course. LATE ARRIVALS We fully understand that sometimes being late is outside of your control.. We will always do our best to accommodate late arrivals. (Within 15 minutes after your training) by performing the most complete training possible in the time remaining at the full price. Unfortunately, arriving 15 minutes after the scheduled time of your training will result in full charges and no other training or masterclass will be booked until fully paid. We recommend that you plan ahead for your visit to Aesthetic Coach Online. We’ll be happy to answer any questions you may have about our location, parking and travel and local accomadation options.
REFUND POLICY – COURSES Our couses and Masterclasses are CPD registered. Tiffany Mulroy who has been working witin the beauty and aesthetics industry since 1990 Tiffany currently holds International standards and reconised qualifications OFQUAL Level 7 Aesthetic Practice and Trainings. If you have had training that you are unsatisfied with please bring it to our attention. We do not give refunds on any courses however we will look into your concerns immediately and try to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
